well start eating healthy food ,dont do sex after taking alchohol,infact quit for some time,best time for chances to conceive is btwn 12-16 days after periods.about insering penis its simple try missionorie position thats girls down and boy up tell ur partner to put ur penis in her vagina if u ant meake,its simple man,dont u worry.JUST RELAX,state of mind is very important while conceive.so guys have fun and wish u all d best
