Although it's expensive - I am seriously considering it for my upper lip. I am so tired of waxing (I'm an Italian girl) - but not sure if it really works. Have you or anyone you've known done it? What were the results?

I have mediterrean skin tone and dark brown/black hair.

I am in the same boat as you being greek/italian. Yes, it is expensive. I have my face done for about 400 bucks. It is kind of a long process depending on how much hair you have. I think I am up to like 6 - 8 treatments. Ideal candidates have dark hair and fair skin. So you should be fine. Do not go out and get a suntan right before you go. My doctor always warns me about that when I make the appointments. It can cause discoloration in some people.

I am almost completely free of hair and think that the money I have invested was so completely worth it. Better than having it waxed every three weeks!

Please be sure you go to a certified person for it. If your dermatologist does it, I would recommend using them. They know your skin and what your problems are.

I never tried it, but I really want to!! You really should if you're sick of shaving or plucking hair.
