Would JaMarcus Russel (LSU) be a suitable replacement or should the Packers look for another QB in pro-football...Who's your choice?

Packers CEO Thinks Brett Favre Will Return

The Brett Favre retirement watch will never end. Favre will probably break George Blanda's NFL record of 26 seasons in the league, and we'll spend every off-season until he's 60 speculating about whether he'll be back.

Add Packers CEO Bob Harlan to the list of people who expect Favre to return to Green Bay for yet another year. Harlan said he watched Favre entering the visitors' locker room at Soldier Field in the regular-season finale and believed then that Favre would return.

"I felt that night in the locker room and I still feel today that he's going to come back," Harlan said.
Aaron Rodgers, enjoy your life on the sidelines. It's going to be like this for a long time.

I live in wisconsin, and the story is on EVERY day and they get interviews from players and fans and the majority of fans think he's done, as do I. After the game for a few minutes Favre held up his emotions but then he let it all out, 16 years of greatness. Well Favre never missed one game in 16 years, but when Rodgers comes in for a quarter, he breaks his leg. I dont believe Rodgers will do any good, i hope we get Matt Schaub in the free agency, he's got some talent. I would love to see a superstar Qb come in from the draft, who knows, we could get anyone.

First off, I am a huge Packers fan and YES, IM FROM NEW YORK!!
Okay, I hate to see Favre leave with such a crappy season, I think he'll be back cause I dont see him going out like that. But they need the rest of the team to support him out there on the field. No one had been all season!! If he were to come back, which I sooo hope he is, theyve gotta get that team supporting each other!!

Brett Favre is not the player he once was. And frankly his drawn out soap opera regarding whether he will play or not has gotten incredibly tiresome. I think the Packers need to turn the page without him.

Favre defiently should not retire because this team has potential in a weak conference. The Packers need to draft Ted Ginn Jr. with there draft pick to give him another weapon other than Driver. If he does retire they should get Jeff Garcia because Rodgers sucks. Go Packers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
