You could always ask her if she minds. If you are paying for the lap dance, I would just go for it. Perhaps if she seems really uncomfortable with it, lay off but standing in the heels they wear is probably a killer on their feet so she just might appreciate a rub! Some girls love having their feet paid attantion to and others, not so much.
