i like to think of myself as a free thinker. Very independent in my political and social views. Because of this I watch different news venues - and read several news papers. Depending on which one, there seems to be varying reports leaning either Conservative or Liberal.
This doesnt bother me when you have an editorial show...but isnt reporting supposed to be unbiased? Do other people feel the way I do? And do people feel angry that some rich CEO is forcing us to believe in what they believe?

Thanks!

Most assuredly, yes! But this isn't new. I canceled my subscription to the newspapers a long time ago because of this. Unbiased reporting is a moral high ground that most, if not all, sources fail miserably.
Everyone has a political agenda; it's all about the money.

I think they are. Heresay reports are coming out of Arizona that the Mexican Army is shooting at the National Guard and not one word from mainstream media. Not one has been reporting on the activities of illegal aliens killing Ameircan citizens in California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas either. I wonder why? Not Politically correct enough I guess and slants the news in keeping with what is really happening. It does not make them look so innocent as they had been reporting!

Everyone is biased. It is basically impossible as a human to be objective. All of our experiences and observations are colored by our past.
