Log onto Truth or Fiction.com, it has articles on there telling you if things like this are fact or fiction. I think I remember this one being a fictitious rumor.

I use the swiffer wet jet in my kitchen all the time where my dogs eat and sleep. They walk through it sometimes when the floor is still wet and they have never gotten sick.
Probably just some kind of new urban legend. I wouldn't worry.

I never heard this. I have a small dog (14 lbs) and she never got sick. It is always dry before she goes in there, that might make a difference. That and she hates the kitchen, she thinks the floor is to cold in there. LOL what a spoiled dog.

Yep, im fact I think they have a warning on the lable that it should not be used around animals and children. I have seen an article that was in the newspaper but that was about a year ago.

This has been going around the net for a while but is not true.
I use one every day and I raise show dogs in my home.
It does no harm to them.

I had the rumor about two years ago but nothing else has ever been said. I think they would have taken it off the market if it was not safe.
