think about what she's into besides music...or maybe something music themed. they have t-shirts with band names. if you know her favorite band, that could work.
if she likes jewelry, that could be a good gift (i know i love jewelry). if you decide to get her jewelry and you don't know what exactly to get her, bring another girl along (maybe one of her friends).
books are also good. if you know an author she likes, you can get her a book by that author.
