Well thats a contradiction in itself. Last minute air fare isnt discounted. The websites that advertise that it is, is just a ploy. Anyone can claim discount or cheap.
lastminuteairfare.com isnt discounted or cheap, and they couldnt match the prices of the airlines website. Checked several of them, booked a bogus itinerary for this weekend, got better deals and flights on the airlines websites. There was atleast a $30 or more difference because they charge a booking fee. They dont offer anything different than what the airline does, they charge more, just has a name to draw you in like a gnat.
Check directly with the airline. Last minute is never discounted. Southwest's low internet fares fill up fast depending on what cities you are flying to and from. Anything last minute, you are dealing with what is left.
Good luck and I hope you find something, but dont count on discounted fares.
