probability = 0.5^n
n=1 p =.5
n=2 p =.25
n=3 p =.125
n=4 p =.0625
n=5 p =.03625
thats your answer...

alternatively,you can take log and solve ..
0.5^n < 0.05

The probability of winning 4 games is 0.0625
The probability of winning 5 games is 0.03125

Therefore the smallest value of n is 5 as this is when the probability drops below 0.05

n=5

(1/2)^4 = 0.06250

(1/2)^5 = 0.03125

So, the probability goes below 0.05 at the fifth game.
