Stress comes due to being in pressurised circumstances and chaotic surroundings. This stress is also doubled when the same things happen even inside you.
Most of the stress can be decreased by modifying surroundings and spending time with calmer beings....like fish!
Having an aquarium helps.....whenever you are in stress, try taking care of the fish inside, listen to the sound of water. This should help.

try venturing out into natural habitats sometimes....with this I dont mean Zoos.....I mean into the country side..may be for a hike or camping.

Perform yoga, meditation, listen to some light music...& drink a lot of water(it really helps in reducing stress).

becasue of stress, we work hard ( we never play game when we work ...my boss will fire me ) because of stress , we study hard ( or we can not graudate ), becasue of stress ( I want my children to have a better life ,i want to save money for them , so they dont need to worry about the tution fee ) we find another job.,we only buy the cheapest food ,we walk to work ........
dont try to deal with stress, say 'thank you' to it .
