Help! Why can't my PC detect my samsung K5?

Okay, i just got my K5, and i wanted to download some songs. i correctly put in the USB cable, but my PC doesn't detect it on napster. GRR. tips? why's this happening?

yes, i installed everything. i already downloaded about 30 songs, and then all of a sudden it stopped working for me. :(

it says there was a problem in the hardware installation. do i re-install it?

did you install the cd hat came with it ?

did u load the drivers? try a different usb slot
