yes, i tried it once... for about 2 months
yes, it does the job... but there are terrible consequences
the worst one is, if you don't slowly wean yourself to eating regular, you gain the weight back plus more after you stop the diet
you also have terrible muscle cramps from not having enough potassium in your diet, and you have no energy, because you eat no energy food

Do you mean the "low" or "no" carb diet? Well, I can tell you that it definitely works. However, I was always hungry and craving carbs. Protein and salads just don't do it for me. Now, if you're not a big "sweets" eater and you have some self-discipline, it should work very well for you. Good luck!

I did this weight loss plan for roughly 3-4 years. I lost sixty 8 lbs and saved it off for roughly 3 years. Then i began out eating extremely undesirable and a ton and won maximum of it lower back. that's what occurs. Now i'm taking Hoodia Dex-L-10 for the previous 4 days and am down 4 lbs already. that's notably cool stuff.

I haven't personally, but I know many people that did. They did lose weight, however when they started eating carbs again they gained all the weight back and then some. I wouldn't recomend it. Plus, your brain lives off of simple sugars, so carbs are actually "brain food".

Didn't work for me. I felt deprived. Any time I diet I feel deprived. Now I just eat what I want I just don't eat too much. Took a little while to convince myself that I could be satisfied with a whopper junior instead of a whopper, lol...But once you decide you can do that (with any food) you will be in good shape.

It can work very well, but you soon become bored without the carbs, and end up quitting it, and eating carbs again.

No, I don't think it works because you have to have some of everything including fat to be balanced. When you deprive your body, you do harm. Have to do it the old fashioned way with lots of veggies and fruits, less meats and fats. And last but not least good old exercise. Oh God! I know too much about this to be overweight!!

Don't try it...whatever it is. Your body needs some fat and it definitely needs protein. Eating only carbs will wreak havoc with your glycemic levels (blood sugar) and your health will suffer.

Yes it does, But it's easy to get burned out on meat and cheese. And I thought I would never say that. Cut the sugar. Now that works.
