actually the virus is not on ur psp its on ur memory card so u dont have to buy a new psp to get rid off the virus do what the person above me said

first of all buy norton or mcphee internet security ...then plug in your psp to your computer then go to my computer then click on your psp drive and select all the files...right click and it will say somewhere in the box scan with norton or mcphee once it finds the viruses put it in the quarintine... hope it works :)

I dont think you can, but try bringing it to a computer repair store
