Paper Lace did 'Billy Don't Be A Hero'. Not sure about Rock the Boat. Forrest did a version of it in 1983 but i think there's another more known version by someone.

The Hues Corporation was a pop and soul trio of the mid '70s, best known for their 1974 classic and infectious hit, Rock The Boat. The song, a U.S. #1 single and million-seller, is considered one of the earliest disco songs.
