Hi the others are right its in the tank. but its low pressure side so no worries there but you do have to drop the tank but its not that bad as long as you not got a lot of fuel in there common problem and Citroen know of it but wont do anything. Good luck.

i worked on citroen and if you mean the fuel pump in the tank you have to drop the exhaust. pull the handbrake cables down and rest the fuel tank on the handbrake cables then you can squeeze yourself ontop of the tank and unscrew the fixing cap for the pump

It is in the tank, but is a high pressure system so you have to relieve the pressure first, then drop the tank to remove. Best would be to get a repair manual for your vehicle in order to do it correctly.
