Negative attitude to overcome start having a postive outlook.Forget and stop thinking about past and future.Start living for today for the moment and enjoy each and every day and dont ever say o God how big my problem but say to the problem how big ur God is.Surely u will come out of this negative attitude

If it is YOUR negative attitude, start by looking in the mirror, smiling at yourself, and saying/thinking positive things. You may feel strange doing this at first, but your brain will eventually begin responding positively by seeing and hearing positive things coming from you. If it is someone else's negativity, remind yourself that it is THEIR baggage that has NOTHING to do with you; then just smile at them, say, "Hope you feel better.", and walk away. You should then feel good about the positive way you handled the negativity.

enthusiasm is an attractive trait that few of us cultivate. negative attitudes will prevail if we let them. If we want to be rid of negativity, we must choose to replace it with enthusiasm... problem is, our friends and family may pressure us to chill if we start getting all cheery.

There's a book call "the Four Agreements" it is the simplest, best way to get a more positive outlook without becoming cheerleader obnoxious. It is short, sweet, and filled with golden wisdom. Get that, memorize the agreements, and begin a lifetime of understanding them.

the way to over come negative attitude is doing yoga in the morning. and reading the teachings of great leaders like mahatma gandhi, swamy vivekananda, and what ever the religion may be the person belong, they should take the teachings from the books written by our great spiritual and religious leaders and try to follow them.

concentrate and try to thing on a positive note on all the situation always thing positive and the thing is done for you if you thing a little negative also its going to be worst... just thing positive and be positive, if you are not try to be.....
