If you want something to complete in one year, you might be lucky to get some form of certification. Look into your local technical school and colleges, to see what they offer.

you could become a surgical technologist at the college called Stanford brown.... they make good money and it's in high demand.... you would assist the doctor by passing him/her the surgical instruments they needed during an operation.....
