My Moms vistiting and she would like to go to a good Seafood restaurant. I live in Norfolk. Does anyone no one in this area (doesn't have to be exactly in Norfolk. Cheasapeake,Virginia Beach will do to)

In your area, stick to the locally owned ones. You do not need to go to the chains.
