I figure if I take a bunch of beads and some other crappy stuff, I can get the Indians to sell me the whole country. Or at least part ot it.

Wrong Indians. If you try you will be sari, but if you must try at least curry their favor first. Remember, when it comes to negotiating there are no sacred cows. Hang out at the new deli and get a feel for the country. Take some Bombay gin with you. If the beads don't work you can get them snockered.

I don't know, it's pretty big. And they have lots of gold there so I think beads and what not wouldn't impress them very much.
