I'm really bored and want to go outside..OI dont want to go outside by mysef though because thats boring and its really cold. I want to do something fun. What should I do?

take a walk to a friend's house. read a book. volunteer at a shelter or food shelf. go to the library. all free!

Get off the computer, get some warm clothes on and go outside to a public area. Start doing something interesting, and other people will want to join you in your fun.
