How can a person not burn out from all the stress of daily life...I want to go into the medical field possibly (Nursing/Pre-Medical) or the Computer Science field, but I don't want to burn out from all the stress that goes along with it. Help or suggestions?

First of all, it is entirely possible that your stress is sending you a message about your life choices. A computer geek is a radically different person than most people in the medical field, personality-wise. In either field, you must have the aptitude ("made by God") to do those jobs, otherwise you have no business trying to do them. Could it be that the stress is telling you that one or both are the wrong choices?

Second, check the basics. Are you exercising 2-3 hours a week? Are you eating healthy foods, in healthy amounts? Exercise burns off a ton of stress, and if you're under stress you need to be intentionally exercising.
