It's about to become law that a slight chuckle should be more than enough enjoyment for audiences. Any belly laughs will result in the comedian being issued with a fixed fine. The comedians union said - "This is no joke!"

[note]
Canned laughter is to be supplied to the audiences of Ruby wax and les Dennis gigs

Well i'ts partly true......The real ploy is..... making audiences buy oxygen tanks and masks before entering any live comedy shows. Wow! they are so clever......blame the comedians.....and make the public pay......for their total incompetence!!!
Canned laughter will carry a 25% extra vat charge.....just for the hell of it!

Brought to us by the same folks that brought us Global Warming because they probably want us to conserve oxygen to counter the effects of carbon monoxide that's "causing the world to heat up and melt the ice caps".
Maybe they should make an effort to stop the destruction of the Amazon instead, this itself is depleting the world of oxygen more than car emmisions and belly laughs ever could.

I don't know about you but I am freezin' and chillin' to my bones

Regarding the fines, Will Ferrel should be OK but they should start fining Rosie O'Donnel for trying to be funny, and while they're at it they should double it for being mean and ugly too (literally).

Comedy is good, there isn't much good comedy these days. Population control & environmental protection, as well as more trees is what is needed to keep the Oxygen. Its only about 19% now.
