All the time! I live in the country and you can see the Milky Way on any clear night. Lots of shooting stars and meteor showers. My four year old is learning the shooting star wish. Never forget the wonder of being a child!

No because in California one would pass by every half hour, and thats too many wishes I have asked for and not recieved.
