I would like to share that I am having Airtel postpaid connection from last 7 years. I am facing internet connection problem from last 3 days. First day when I logged complaint, I have been told that our complaint has been registered and our executive will contact within 4 hours but even after 72 hours nobody contacted. Today I again complaint but I have been told that whatever my internet usage limit is given it is over, it is showing 0(zero balance). But why, I always pay when I use more than what is in my plan. So many times I have been told that my data usage limit is going to over and now it will be charged beyond my plan.

Is there any other source, if my problem is not solved even after calls again and again, it is very irritating to call customer care, really. Kindly make customer care faster to solve the issues.

i am really got very upset with attitude of the AIRTEL team and who feels customer should come to the fishing net and after that they are supreme and twist the arm....

Fixed land lane with net was taken and while connecting the net land line wire they want to lay cable which ever way they feel it correct and all building / house they feel its tamilnadu housing board type building running the wire across all corner of the building and do some lousy job and on repeated complaint they do not like to respond to it.The beauty is while laying cable inside the house they found easiest way to take the cable by physically cutting the ends of the wire of digital TV connection w/o knowing what that wire it is. Luckily it was not power cable other wise state of affairs must have been a life of person.
Now they visit you w/o rectifying the issue neither the cable is replaced for TV nor they have relaid the net wiring But very prompt to send the wrong bill for customer.
Airtel should not be under influence like BSNL that customer has no choice in the changing INDIA.

Airtel Care Executive are the worst people I ever talk with...They are very sarcastic and never give proper answer to whatever problem we have. They are very rude unlike other CCE like Vodafone...
I was Airtel customer for 7 years and every time i call for problem once in a blue moon, they are very rude and impatient! ....Instead of listening, they talk at the same time when we're talking and instead of answering our doubt, they start 'Questioning' us...
I can't continue with Airtel anymore and will be switching my number to Idea or Aircel or any other (suggest me on this), but before I do that I feel like sharing what kind of CCE they have who doesn't have any sympathy on customer!!
I always suggest people not to go for 'Airtel' and I will continue to do that!...& let me quote this "I'm very happy that it works!" ...It's not only me but I've seen many of my friends complaining about Airtel CCE and also the RATE which are way expensive!!!!!...For me money is not a problem as long as they correct their CCE!

I m really got very upset with attitude of the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE team and who feels customers are ugly, they don't want to accept their mistakes and while calling for clarity the treat customer as rubbish.
Deducting one scheme amount twice , this is my second worst experience .....in spite of so many request on clarity she has disconnected my call , this was happen no of time ..I m Airtel customer since 5 years and every time i call for problem once in a blue moon, they are very rude and impatient! ....Instead of listening, they talk at the same time when we're talking and instead of answering our doubt, they start 'Questioning' us... , Net neet decided to PORT all 5 mu current connection to another service provider.

I have taken air tel prepaid connection with No: 9740039395. I am using this with the dongle. My problem is I am not getting the GRPS settings in my air tel web screen.Even if charging the higher rate (655) also this is shows as the WCDMA setting while setting the tools option.And entire amount will be will be debited as early as possible without using proper browsing.Today I recharged Rs 255 after recharge it shows Rs0.02 as balance and net will be not connected,

Please clear the issue now and send SMS to me otherwise I will go to another service provider.This type of issues will be come only in air tel only.

I have Bill payment of Airtel 168.00 postpaid Bill. payment has been debit
from my account. On 23 sep 2014 time: 2:27pm. But, till now airtel could
not receive any payment. and my ordered number is 601747515.


and please find the screen shots also for my payment in attachment file.

ya, 121 directly does not give u the option of talkin to the executive. wht u need to do is, that u have to choose any one option. for eg, if u wanna ask about new schemes; they will give u all the options. ie. by diallin 1 u get a particular option, dialing 2 u get a another one and so on. den at last the recorded voice will tell u dat if u need to talk to the customer care executive, dial 9. so dere u go. u dial 9 (or whichever no. it says,) and u will be connected to the executive.

i can say airtel is worst company now a a days they cut 5 rs for isd massage even i did not send any one if i send it should be in my sent massages but there is no messages and when i call to cutomer care they send we will not reund amount and you will send the messages thats y it will be charged
