It seems that Ticketmaster is a rather shady company. First of all, I find that if you wait longer you can often get better seats. Being first in line (or should I say "on Line") doesn't get you the best seats. Also, in-line time seams a bit suspect. I go from having 1 minute to wait to 10, sometimes 15 mintues to wait. Now, if I am in line, how is it that I am not moving up. Can anyone shed light on the Ticketmaster conspiracy.

They offer special deals for most of their tickets to American Express card holders, sometimes via the website of who you're going to see (like Dane Cook, Aerosmith), that usually gives up the best seats 1st, so even if you're "in-line", you may be bumped around by people with higher "priority"...sucks, doesn't it?

They're evil. When the last Rolling Stones tour opened up for sale, everyone was paying hundreds for crappy tickets. I went in after work when they were all "sold out" and the rush was long gone, got two for a great price and were great seats.
