Is America ready for a female president? We wanted a party change but I guess we shall see if we are ready for even more.

I think Hillary will win (if not, the world is in for a bit of a tough period). What she should do is choose Mr Obama as her Vice President. That would be an awesome combination....

Hillary is one of many Democratic candidates who is ready, willing, and able to represent ALL the people. Does she have a shot? No. As you know, Democratic candidates have to have far more than 50% of the vote to win. Hillary can't swing it.
The best shot for Democrats would be a team--remember Clinton and Gore? That was as good as it gets! Soooo...yes, I'm serious...Gore and Clinton. If anything could work, that could.
Al Gore may not be too interested, but I bet he could get interested pretty quick. Would Hillary accept second banana? If she cares about the party, she would.
If the Republicans run McCain and say, Powell or Rice; that would be almost unstoppable. Democrats have a problem understanding that a good, viable candidate is not enough--you have to win the vote! Republicans are professional flim-flammers; they can sell flood insurance in the Sahara.

No, she'll be competing with Barack Obama for the same WallStreet donors, while Edwards has the "netroots" and grassroots that Hillary doesnt have.
The whole timing of her presidential bid was to stunt the boom of Obama's announcement. Hillary would never win Iowa or Nevada caucus, her only chance is New Hampshire.
Personally, I think Edwards will win the nomination.

Do you realize how lucky you are to be living in these times? For the first time in our history, a woman stands not only a chance of being the party's Presidential candidate, but of winning! And, a Black man has the same chance albeit somewhat less.
These are exciting times in our history! And Hillary will win!!!

Lord help us all, if Hillary gets in to the Presidency our country is doomed. Oh how our countries morals have failed and we have put God Almighty on the back burner. I personally hope that John Ashcroft becomes our next president, even thought unfortunatley it will not happen.

I would say if there was one anywhere in sight, she would be it. I just don't know how much baggage from the last Clinton presidency... White Water, Vince Foster, um...certain events in the oval office... would doom her campaign.

I'll vote for her, and so will my husband, She seems like the only one with intelligence, and speak the truth for once. A theif she isn't, and she knows what kind of mess we are in now. Plus she isn't a freind of bin laden.
