If anyone happens to ask what you need tell them diapers...Also maybe you could make this a theme if anyone throws you a baby shower...What I've always done is start early and buy like one pack a week as soon as I found out that I was preg...Good luck

Check with the WIC program. Since you qualify for food stamps, then you must qualify for WIC assistance. They will help you with diapers, formula, food and other things you may need. You may even qualify for the ADC (Assistance for Dependent Children) program. If you are under a certain limit in earnings, I think you may still qualify. Check it out. There is plenty of help out there. You may even get assistance with Child Care when you are able to return to work. You can get assistance with Child Care if you decide to go back to school. And, you can get a student loan as well. Get on the phone and make some calls. I was a single young mother and received all the help I just mentioned, except we didn't have WIC at that time. Back then diapers was not a big issue. We used cloth diapers. The big issue then was laundry detergent to wash the diapers. But the ADC program, the student loan, and assistance with Child Care really paid off big time. Now, I donate to these programs to show my gratitude for all this help.

First off, you need to breast feed. That will save you alot of money.
2. Get child support. I assume you are a single mom. Nail the father with child support or marry the father, pick one.
3. Kids don't need designer cloths. They need at least 5 onsies, 2 night gowns, and an outfit or two for going out.
4. Use government programns like WIC for formula.
5. There are health care programs for children. Medicare is best, or look up other insurance policies in your state.
6. Have your friends throw you a baby shower. That right there should take care of most of your needs.
7. LIve modestly. You don't need to spend a lot of money on food or cloths, makeup ect...So budget yourself better.
And if you just can't do it, then give the child up for adoption.

I have 2 kids I cant afford. Between the HUNDREDS of dollars for health care per month ( thanx George W. ) and food and clothes theres not much left over. Heres some tips. First breast feed for a year. It saves money and it is extremely healthier for your baby. Second throw a baby shower and only ask for clothes. Make sure you ask for bigger sizes too because if you get all new born sizes, in 6 months you got a naked baby. Third buy diapers in bulk, as many as you can. They will still be expensive but they are cheaper if you buy an *** load of them at once. ( get it, assload?)

you and the baby could go on medicard. And the wic program is very helpful as well as foodstamps. Make sure baby is on wic. If you're not breast feeding then it's going to cost alot to buy formula. Wic will help. you can use cloth diapers. My parents used those on me. Yeah they leak a little, but they cost less than regular diapers. Is the baby involved at all? if not then he needs to be. you'll need to file for childsupport so you'll have some help. good luck and best wishes...

Many free clinics. Crisis Pregnancy Center. Usually will give out free diapers till the child is at least 1 to 2 years old. Call around. Or ask your doctor. Good luck

If your intentions are right, the money will come from some place or another.
A child doesn't need every ammenity in the world to grow up well. They need love and discipline more than anything else and even if you don't have basics, they'll grow up to be strong and moral.
Worst case scenario if you just can't get the money, use cloth diapers which can be washed.
But don't let that come in the way of having a child. really.

Cloth diapers if you have your own washing machine but if not it might not be worth it.
Pampers are not nearly as expensive if you buy the really big packs from places like Costco. Buying them in the grocery store will make you go broke.
I am also going to start looking for all the coupons that I can find.

diapers are VERY cheap. all those commercial saying that huggies are the beat and whatever are lies. all diapers are pretty much the same, only the big name brands cost more. you can go to target and buy target brand diapers like 50 at a time for 4.99 or something
