I heard that in the Red sea part the sea is warm, but I am not sure.

It's not hot, but it's not "freezing".

If you are diving I would recommend you wear at least a 5mm suit to be comfortable. Swimming, the surface temperature is comfortable enough, but the wind can be cold on land/at the beach this time of year, especially around Sharm/Hurghada (further south it is a bit warmer).

My friend's just returned from a two-week holiday in Egypt, and he said it was FREEZING. He went out there expecting sun, sea and sand and had to buy sweatshirts and jogging bottoms as it was so cold!!!! He didn't even attempt to go swim in the sea, but, in answer to you question, I'm pretty sure the answer's no. Sorry!!

It's always warmer in Egypt than it is in the UK.
