Yes there are certain foods you can not eat.

soft, unpasteurized cheeses (often advertised as "fresh") such as feta, goat, Brie, Camembert, blue-veined cheeses, and Mexican queso fresco
unpasteurized milk, juices, and apple cider
raw eggs or foods containing raw eggs, including mousse, tiramisu, raw cookie dough, eggnog, homemade ice cream, and Caesar dressing
raw or undercooked fish (sushi), shellfish, or meats
pâté and meat spreads
processed meats such as hot dogs and deli meats (these should be very well cooked before eating)
fish that may contain high levels of mercury (shark, swordfish, king mackerel, tilefish, and tuna steak). Limited amounts of canned, preferably light, tuna are OK.

As to the father's situation. Confront him. Tell him your pregnant. Well as you should already know get checked asap. You could have STDs or HIV. Since he was sleeping with two women. Good luck.

Dump the man... and take him to court for custody and parental support. Hopefully his wife will leave him too and he'll have to pay both child support and allamony... that'll teach him for being a scum bag!

Foods you shouldn't eat... anything that's not been cooked thouroughly. Also be very aware of the expiry dates on food. A pregnant is sooo much more sensitive to food poisioning is why we get such sensitive noses! I love the human body, so practical :)

Caffeine, salt, sugar are bad. They say fish because of mercury but a little wont hurt.First be careful if he married he has a lot to lose make sure he wont go off if you tell him( test waters )You you in danger if he finds out?If not think about what you want.Do you want baby to know him?Nothing good can came from staying with him.Do you want to give baby up ?You have a lot of decisions to make.Your best bet is therapist to help you through all you have to do.

shellfish is a no no.
watch your sugar intake, and eat healthy.
go see a doctor, and take your prenatal vitamins.

as for the guy you are seeing, call his wife, then go to court for child support. you should've been more careful about sex. if you can't support the child, find someone who can. adopt, don't abort.

good luck, and keep away from the guy. if his wife has any sense, she will divorce him. you never know.

things to look for while dating someone:
have you been to their home?
do they spend weekends or holidays with you?
do they sleep over?

1. Go buy the book "What to expect when you are expecting", it will provide with you with a list of food. Not to mention all the changes you can expect throughout your pregnancy.

2. Men lie, just ask him what he plans to do now that you are pregnant, but don't fool yourself, they never leave their wives. Just ask him if he intends to take financial responsibility of your child.

Good luck

What Not to Eat
It's important to know which foods are safe to eat and which you need to avoid while pregnant. Eat a safe pregnancy diet, and learn about safe food storage and handling by following these tips from the Clemson University Agricultural Extension.

Don't eat:
Raw meat such as sushi, seafood, or rare/undercooked beef or poultry, because of the risk of contamination with coliform bacteria, toxoplasmosis, and salmonella.

Raw eggs, or foods containing raw egg, such as Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, homemade ice cream or custard, unpasteurized eggnog, or Hollandaise sauce, because raw eggs may be contaminated with salmonella.

Soft cheese such as blue cheese, feta, Brie, Camembert, and Latin-American soft white cheeses such as queso blanco and queso fresco, because they may harbor harmful bacteria.

Fish containing accumulated levels of mercury in their fatty tissues such as shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tilefish. When a pregnant woman consumes large amounts of mercury, her baby may suffer brain damage resulting in developmental delays (for example, delays in learning to walk or talk).

Fish containing high levels of an industrial pollutant called polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in their fatty tissues such as bluefish and striped bass, and freshwater fish such as salmon, pike, trout, and walleye from contaminated lakes and rivers. According to the March of Dimes, consumption of large amounts of PCBs by pregnant women is linked to decreased attention, memory, and IQ in their babies. Check with your local Health Department to determine which fish in your area are safe to eat.

As far as the married baby's daddy...I can't help you there!
