Just here to get some opinions. I actually think I'm ovulating because its about that time, but not only am I having the usual ovulation cramps I am also having hunger pains like I did when I was pregnant the first time. Could hunger be a sympton of ovulation? Or could it be possible that I'm feeling this way because I want to be pregnant?

Mind over matter. It is possible to be hungry during ovulation. It's amazing what hormones can do

Hunger is not a sign of pregnancy, cravings are not a sign of pregnancy, it's all in our heads.

Granted some pregnant women do have cravings... but the only physical reason we "crave" things while pregnant has to do with what our bodies require to grow this little human inside of us. Craving a hamburger... your probibly low on iron. Craving icecream.. your probibly low on calcium. etc.
