My toilet was stopped up like really bad. I used a plunger and that helped it some but when i flush it the water still goes down really slow. What can i do?

A plunger likely won't work, the blockage is lower in the pipe, probably near the cleanout.

You probably need a drain clearing service to "snake" the line...

There is still something down the lines, what always works for me is take a bucket of hot water and pour it quickly down the toilet. If you still have problems, then you will have to call a plumber. Are you on a septic system? If so, it could be full as well and need to get it pumped out

It is still partially clogged. Use the plunger some more.
