City life and Country life can be compared to each other like Taoism's Ying and Yang. They are opposites, with the S of the symbol that it is in constant flux and not static. City life is busy, everything moves fast. Deadlines are more crucial. People are less patient and friendly. But it has a lot of entertainment. You can usually find something to do no matter the time or Season.
Country life is more laid back, people more patient and friendly, you can enjoy the scenery and nature. But there is less entertainment. Everything seems to close early. The weather during the Wintry Seasons can mean that you are cooped up more. If you want the best of both Worlds, live in the countryside during Summer and the City during Winter.

City life is more agitated cause the city is more crowded than countryside. It's more healthy to live in the country side cause there's less pollution than in the city and you can eat healthier food from the animals that you have in your yard(eggs, milk) not from the supermarket.
In my country, another disadvantage of living in the countryside is that if you want to do your shopping you have to go to the city and get what you need cause you can't find everything in the village.
Also in my country the public transport in the countryside isn't good, the buses are old and they come late from one another. In the city you can find public transport anywhere and easyer.

Well I was born and raised in the rural country. A small town with like two stoplights. Nothing but farming or working on the water. You get the point. I moved away about 10 years ago and have been in the city since. I find myself going back to the country a lot though. I think I miss it. It just seems so quiet peaceful and carefree. People actually wave to one another. The cops dont seem to harass you as much. Everyone knows one another it seems. Some people dont even lock their doors in the country at night. I went from going to sleep listening to crickets to falling asleep while listening to sirens. I think living in the country gives a person more peace of mind. Now would I ever move back to the country? Oh Hell NO! Everything is more convenient in the city. You can walk or get to places without driving 20 mi at a time. You can have food delivered to your front door. There are more women in the city. Well more people in general. More jobs. There are dance clubs here and places with more than one small raggedy pool table. You can actually get the stuff you need without having to order and wait for it. Can see movies without having to wait weeks for it come to your old one movie playing cinema. The list goes on and on. I get to enjoy the beauty of both worlds though for I only live 3 hours away from the small country town Im from. I go there about twice a month to visit my family and friends.

I don't see how we need the countryside anymore, It would be much better to sell it to America. Then we could build some proper cities, all that space should be populated to keep it from sinking.

City life is a lot easier on the back physically, and more exciting, with many things to do.

Countryside life is more laid back, but takes more work, and you better have internet or a good book, or you'll be bored.

City folk are always in a rush and most only care for themselves,
whilst country folk tend to be more friendly and care for each
other, not for the need but for the sake of their own community.

in a small town you know almost everyone, and this governs how you act. you will not be an asshole to someone who you will see tomorrow and the next day.
in a city you have this freedom.
you can act however you want with virtually no fear of anyone you know seeing you.
this is one major cause of the modern shift toward such amoralistic behavior. there are no percieved consequences for your actions.
