you have a tank full of peaceful, community fish so i wouldn't recomment you *** angels or rams at all. Angels are pretty docile as juveniles but they get semi aggressive as they get older and larger. Stick with fish in the same family as what you have now. Also, you only have a 29 gallon tank and you already have 7 bottom feeders. Don't add anymore. Try and get fish that will cover all ranges of your tank, feeding from the bottom, the middle and the top. Top feeders include danios and mollies, while tetras are mostly middle feeders. It is important to remember that overstocking a tank will kill it quicker then anything, so watch how many more you add. i wouldn't go past 18 or 19 and thats really pushing it. good luck

I believe that you have heard different interpretations of angelfish behavior because they can go either way. I don't have anything to back this up but personal experience. My work fish tank has a really nasty, aggressive angelfish (tankmates: 3 neon tetras & 1 unidentified loner). BUT in my home tanks, I have always had very docile angelfish. Perhaps it has something to do with the size they were when they entered the community tank.

if you want to get angelfish look for small ones. so you can pretty much raise them as a community fish. and if you want to get some that will be future breeders get around 6 of them. theyre not to expensive(usually 1 to 3 bucks) your most likely to get a pair out of there. then you can make money off them by selling the babies back to the pet stores. but i have mine in a planted aquarium with guppies, tetras, an upside down catfish, a striped raphael, an eel, a whole lot of glass shrimp, and i had a bull frog tadpole in there.
so id say go with angels. they are a beautiful fish. fun. they will eat right out of your hand after a while and if you do breed them you can get some cool variations in theyre colors.

well from what i have seen rams are rather aggressive. danios are a great fish they keep the tank active and are a peacfull and schooling fish. i prefer the giant danios as they get bigger but zebra danios are neat little fish as well.

I loved my dalmatian molly :) Sounds to me like a molly would be great for your tank.

you can't get a angelfish because that's saltwater. Try some goldfish, neons, eels, watersnakes, and some dwarf pond or tank coy.
