Neither of those actually qualify as a prank. A prank would be Plastic Wrap the toilet so when she pees it goes all over. The face fart and burning of the hair is just a form of torture, while it could be considered funny it is not a prank.

If you want some REAL ideas, I have some...
Great phone messages, when they call them back it's someone really embarrassing...
Put a piece of uncooked fish on the radiator of their car when they are not looking, and let them drive around a day or two....
A small, but very meaningful bumper sticker placed on the back of their car that they won't notice for a few days, but that all their friends will see WAY before they will! (Rainbow triangles come to mind.... or "you have been a naughty girl, now get to MY room...)
Ordering 10 pizzas to be delivered under their names....(always a classic...)
You really need to get into the real world of pranks. Farting? Oh, God....

Take her Tampons to school for Show and Tell and tell everyone your sister works for NASA. She always keeps these cool rockets in her restroom and then do a demonstration of the rocket blasting off.
