Thank you! People act as though the actual team was hit the hardest (financially etc.) The team can all afford to rebuild and I gaurantee they did not stick around! And the so-called "Die Hard Saints fans", have you ever heard of that expression in all the years that football has existed? Can anyone say the new bandwagon team? (that is until they lose)
GO BEARS!!!!!

As a resident of the Big Easy, I hope you are mistaken. I have been thru enough Saints seasons, and disappointments, to realize what they have accomplished so far is magnificent. I am so proud of our coach and team. It has been uplifting to have a distraction from all that is wrong, even if it is only one day a week.
Win or lose, I am grate full for our team to have the chance to play in a championship game. I can see where others may tire of hearing about the Saints, but the level of excitement is over the top in this town.
Picture this: If the Saints actually won the Super bowl, Mardi Gras begins the next weekend. WHAT A PARTY THAT WOULD BE !!!!!!!! Get your tickets now to the greatest free show on Earth, and come help us celebrate. If you get a little tipsy walking down Bourbon Street, nobody will care.

Yanno, as a native New Orleanian who was affected by Katrina and the ineptitude of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers faulty levee system (which is the REAL reason New Orleans flooded, not the Storm) and seeing how much more work needs to be done to the city...the Saints going this far is a welcomed diversion to the day to day grind we have to deal with here. So much of the city is still uninhabited. So, if we can take our minds off of rebuilding, reclaiming and mucking through red tape for a few hours on a weekend and come together as a whole to cheer on our Home Team that HAS NEVER IN IT'S 40 YEAR HISTORY GOTTEN THIS FAR IN FOOTBALL...I say lesse la bon temps roulle!!!
We are the NFC Champs anything we win after this is how we say in New Orleans "Lagniappe" or in English..."something extra". GEAUX SAINTS ALL THE WAY, SAINTS GEAUX ALL THE WAY...OH I BELIEVE!!!!! HUH BRUH!!!!

Well, I think that the Saints deserve winning over the Bears. I mean, they went from the worse team to being in the final 4. That's like a Cinderella story to me.

I can appreciate what spuddy said, the saints represent something to the people of new orleans, but for the rest of the country to jump on that bandwagon is a little bit ridiculous, half of them were on the bears bandwagon back in october. the true fans i don't mind but the people who don't know squat about football and claim they do it's irritating. I'm personally cheering for the bears, but if the saints win then they deserved it and i'd be ok with that too. my team didn't make the playoffs but i definitely don't dislike any of the teams that are there.

I'm not sick and tired of it at all. I enjoy the open dialogue about circumcision. It is an antiquated, unnecessary procedure that has no place in our modern society. You, obviously, don't think so. But you are entitled to ask whatever questions you want on Yahoo! Answers just like the rest of us. If you don't like the questions, DON'T ANSWER THEM! It's really not that difficult. EDIT: Because I have no clue what the heck a "BQ" is. And no, I'm not trying to make cirucumcision illegal because I believe there are way bigger things that my congresspersons have to deal with. I am trying to continue the discussion about circumcision to educate people so that they can make their own choice. Government shouldn't have to regulate something as obvious as circumcision--the United States and Canada are just lagging far behind Western Europe in this matter.

ME!! I am tired of all the speculation that the Saints are going to dominate the Bears. You know...just let them play and see who comes out on top. Both teams are good and you can take nothing away from either.
GO BEARS!!!!

How can you be sick of Saints love? You don't have that good old Louisiana spirit. You should come down here and learn from us what love is. We're the most dedicated and loyal fans and people in the world. And we know how to pass a good time.
