It depends on the manufacture of the bra.
Most US makers use 'DD' then 'E', 'F', and so on. A lot of European makers go from 'D' to 'E', then 'F'
You need to do some homework and find out which sizing scheme the company is using.

it can be upto h if things to be kept in bra is so sized. So next size depends on ones expectation. If you really wish to get nex to d size it may be d-extra, d-extra large, d- extra extra large size even.
