how do u roll ur hips like shakira??
do u practice moving it in a circular motion
everyday to make it move like hers??

The best advice is: just follow the rhythm! But, I know it doesn't help at all :) Here is what you do: you play the music, then try to write number 8 with your hips. It depends on the song how fast you should move them.

Shkira does a myriad of dance styles all rolled into one. The fluid and percussive hipwork she demonstrates comes both from latin dances and middle eastern bellydance. To move your hips in a similar fashion you should try taking some dance classes. Bellydance is a good start but to really encompass Shakira's style you will need to study latin forms of dance as well. However to accomplish the fludity, you will need a lot of practice preferably with an instructor who can help with posture and proper positioning.

Shakira's hips are double jointed, so it would be really hard to move like her.
Other than that, practice makes perfect.
You can always go for dance lessons.

That is called belly dancing I can do it like she can,all you do is practice alot on moving the hips without moving your upper body and maybe atend a belly dancing class.Hope this will help you!

well.. no one can get as good as her.. or maybe they can.. but that is the only thing that you do.. is the focus on the hip area..everyone ask me where I learn my dances from and I just tell them I don't know I just watch everyone that I seen dancing on TV and so on and then I try it until I know how to do it..I love dancing it's a good workout..but thats the only thing is to focus more on your hips and just move them from side to side...or just let them roll.. it's not that hard..
