Proper nutrition and exercise -- burning more calories than you take in -- is the only way to lose weight and take it off. Not to be rude, but you can find time for exercise if you want to.

Mix 2table spoon of hole mung and one table spoon of methi seeds
soak the mixture in water over night, drain out the water in the morning,& cover the pot with a plate, let it stand for 36/48 hours till the mixture sprouts,sprinkle some chat masala ,salt,and black pepper powder & few drops of lime -eat it raw. Every day. This will gradually reduce your weight .

No, but drink 4 glass of water 1st thing in the morning before brush(clean your teeth or mouth),than do your brush immediately than wait for 45mints (do not put anything in your mouth) for breakfast after breakfast, diner, do not drink any water wait for 45mint and do not eat late it can reduce weight or help with any health problem. you should drink 8 to 10 glass a day so drink more water get toxin from your body

no methis soaked in water will not help weight loss. but methi does help eye sight. methi and weitht have nothing to do with each other. but it does help your eyes.

it will only reduce the sugar level. u can try to drink hot water mixed with lemon and honey in the early morning it will give u good result

Ok there are two ways of losing weight... one, exercise, which you can't do, the other is diet... you need to burn more calories than those you eat... eat healthy.... teas, and all that stuff... wont work... get a good diet, I would go to a nutritionist.
