Wow, when is this dude's term up!!!! What a terrible proposial. A tax break for people who buy thier own insurance, and a tax on people who get thier benifits from thier employer....good job Bush, by far the worst President in American History.

Bush stays awake at night trying to figure out how to screw the middle and lower class American citizens all the while making his friends and political contributors wealthier - and this "plan" or "scam" proves it!

Actually, I'm a liberal, and I think he's doing something right here.
The tax he's proposed is only on the people with extremely generous health policies--in other words, the super-rich. What he's doing is taxing a little more of the income of CEO's, and I'm glad to see it.
We're a nation in debt, and it's not unreasonable to ask the rich to pay their fair share. I just hope he restricts it to the very rich as he's said.

Unbelievable that he wants to tax employer provided insurance! We have never been taxed on insurance benefits in history! He's killing the middle class and the Republican party-I wonder when Republicans will see that.
