Change your password often and it should get rid of the problems you are having..you don't have to make a new one!

Various hacker warnings come through Myspace, almost weekly. If you suspect someone has hacked your myspace, the best thing to do is to change your password. There are many similar names on Myspace, so it is probably not necessary to change your name. If the problem persists, remove the entire myspace program from your computer and start over fresh.

I don't understand the question, but am interested to know why you think someone is hacking your profile. What are the signs of possible hacking? If someone has changed your profile name then I think you have to terminate the account immediately. Go above, My Account, then manager my services, keep going thru those menus till you find the one that will terminate your account.
