Hi people,
Need some ideas, been to my part time job today, and the department manager made one of the girls I work with (her only job as well), walk out; amongst other things, he’s basically been an *** all day.
Need some ideas on how to teach this guy a lesson.
So any ideas?
By the way no breaking the law, my proper job means I can’t have a criminal record!

Then USE the law in your favour. Apart from bullying, I've no doubt he has done something wrong.
If this colleague has been there for more than a year she may have a case for constructive dismissal.
If you can show that he was sexist in any way then it could be automatic unfair dismissal.
Make some enquiries.
Good luck

This is sad. Revenge is not what you need. You need justice. So simply call the anonymous employee tip line (if you have one) or tell HIS supervisor of his atrocious behavior.
Revenge is just childish.

Eat a bunch of eggs and beans, walk around and when you see him blow him big fat stinky farts. oh and take some itching powder and hit his coat with it. That should make him miserable and there is nothing he can do about it!

The best revenge is living well. Failing that dog poo in his car door handle is always a winner.

If he had no legitimate reason for making her leave, you can report him to the employment tribunal.
And they will keep your name confidential (CAB can give you details)

if he's been bullying and your in a union, report him to them and to whoever is senior to him. failing that, make him a cuppa and spit in it or put laxitives in it (usual revenge thing)
