Find the equation of the circle tangent to the x-axis with center (8, -3)

The general equ.of circles with this center is(x-8)^2+(y+3)^2 =r^2
If the x axis is tangent thedistance from the center to this axis equals the radius.This distance is 3 absolute value of the ordinate of the center
(x-8)^2+(y+3)^2=9

radius is the length between the points
(8,0) and (8,-3)

r=3

(x-8)^2+(y+3)^2=9
