People who think it's not possible for us to know whether God exists ; what are they called ?

Those people are caled agnostics. The ones who don't believe atheists. And the number of people who believe is impossible to calculate because there are so many official members of the Church who don't actually believe but can't get out of Church or don't worry about this contradiction.

It depends on whether you only count believers as Christians or whether you take Muslims, Christians, and Jews as believing in the same God. Broken down there are an estimated 2.1 billion Christians of all sects, 900 Million to 1.5 billion Muslims, and about 18 million Jews. All together that ends up being at the very lest around 3 billion people who believe in the same Abrahamic God (as in Abraham father of Isaac.) or roughly half the population of the world.
People who don't believe in the provability of a god are called weak atheists (referring to their level of certainty that there is not a god, people who believe absolutely that there is no god are called strong atheists for their high level of certainty that there is not a god.) Agnostic does not refer to a belief that god cannot be proven but rather to the believe in an unknown creator or creators.

To calculate the exact percentage is not possible because people come and go all the time. But I must tell you that people are getting smart because believing in him doesn't cost much but it simply neutralizes his any ill effects.

The current tally is 80% of the earth's population believe in an organized religion or higher power....a distorted worldview keeping man mired in greed, anger and hate.....a legacy from our primitive barbarian ancestors.

I think they call them Atheism, something like that, meaning a person does not believe in anything..
