What is happen in my MSN windows messenger ?? 100 contacts deleted !!?

Hello,
I enter my MSN windows messenger, I have groups in it, 4 groups contacts are deleted !!! the other group is ok. what happen?? please help me.

Contact MSN -

One of their severs went the other day and both Hotmail and MSN have been effected really badly. I lost all my emails.

Email them, and wait for a responce as MSN are really busy trying to fix all problems.
