You don't start out in the WWE, first you go to a wrestling school and they teach you how to wrestle, then for the next few years you work for indy wrestling federations every week, living in you car, sleeping under bridges, barely even surviving making maybe 200$ a week from wrestling, eventually a bigger indy wrestling promotion will pick you up and maybe you will start making 500-1000$ a match, eventually the world-wide federations (TNA and WWE) will notice you and maybe even give you a developmental deal. Eventually you will make it onto one of their shows (unless they release you from your contract) you will then lose most of your wrestling matches to more popular wrestlers, eventually when you get more famous you will be one of the top wrestlers, Chris Benoit worked so hard because it took him 17 years to get the WWE title, even though he spent a lot of time in ECW, WCW, and WWE, and he is also the most physically talented technical wrestler in all of WWE now that angle is gone.
