ON, of course. It hightens the sense of excitement for him and lets both explore each other more fully. Then again, if you are stargazing, the lights must be off by all means. The best place to be to enjoy that is on the ocean, preferably out of sight of the land lights. There is nothing more glorious than the heavens sprinkled above you in all their glory,
