i have bought the nokia 6111 in ireland.how do i use the IM service on the phone i'am currently with the O2 network thanks.

call 0870 600 3009 (included in anytime calling plans)
and ask them either to send the settings direct to your phone or email you to put it manually
they will have email and gprs + wap settings as well
open 8am -9pm mon to fri and 8am-8pm weekends

Don't know, but good luck with the 6111...I know 4 people that have had it for a year - they all keep resetting or turning off by themselves, maybe the new ones are sorted out - but be warned

i bought my 6111 online and am in the US.... sliding ribbon broke so had to send it to England to get it fixed.... now it's not turning on! Love the phone but wish it would just WORK!!!

you need to get the service ativated by 02. you do can only do tis by phoning them up. if you are on pay as you go then i don't think you can do it.
