The week I found out I was preg, and the week following up to that one, I had symptoms. Cramping, Swollen tender breasts and nipples, neausea.... this week I don't really feel anything but fatigue around 6 or 7pm each night. This is my first pregnancy. Should I be worried? I feel like I should be having more symptoms than just being tired.

All pregnancies are different. My first I felt pregant the entire time. Now on second and some days I feel very pregnant and others I don't seem to have one symptom except I want to sleep for 15 hours.

Every pregnancy is different. But fatigue is perfectly normal. The fatigue may be so severe that it is overshadowing all other symptoms.

There is a book that is wonderful for 1st time mommies called "What to expect when you are expecting" You can pick it up just about anywhere. It explains in detail what is going on inside of you and all the changes you can expect with your body on a month to month basis.

Good luck

Any woman who has been pregnant more than once can tell you that one pregnancy may be very different from another. Just be happy and prepare for a healthy baby. Don't look for symptoms that you may never experience in this pregnancy. Good luck to you and your beautiful new baby.

First off, congrats- I am the mother of four, and I was sick as a dog, all day, every day with all four of my kids. Everybody's pregnancy is different, no one's is the same. Get plenty of rest now, because you will not have another chance in about seven months. Sleep when you feel your body needs rest, and everything else will fall into place. Good luck, and Goddess Bless!

I have had 3 kids and with all of them I never had any morning sickness. My biggest problem was in my first trimester and that was I was always tired, especially with my first pregnancy. That is very normal, it's cuz your body is going thru changes and it needs to rest. Don't worry, cuz too much worrying isn't good for you or the baby. If you have concerns, ask your doctor.

I wouldnt be to worried you may just be one of the lucky gal's who dont have strong symptoms. Fatigue is one symptom that alot of people have. I myself only had nausea. No morning sickness. If you get more concerned, call your doc schedule an appt to go in and get checked out. Best of luck

Your symptoms subside. They come and go. Don't worry it's normal. But if your still worried talk to your doctor. Good luck.
