well.. if you want to watch the early matches at 11:00 am in australia, then its on starting at 7:00 pm est.
if you want to watch the 7:30 pm matches in australia, its on starting at 3:30 am est.
the repeats are on at 3:00 pm est the next day

sometimes they will start coverage at like 9:oo pm for example instead of 7:00 because the american tennis player's match starts at that time. They don't air all of the matches, just the ones with players that are ranked higher up

its always switching back from espn and espn2 so just browse through both channels to make sure.
australia is ahead as far as time difference goes. i'm pretty sure we are behind by 15 hours

hope this helps!

Maybe there isn't live coverage because of a time difference between USA and Australia. I always watch Australian Open matches live on Eurosport, but I don't know if you have that channel in USA... There are sometimes live coverage on Serbian national television RTS. You can find this channel if you're using satelite... If you are interested in watching match between Serena Williams and Jelena Jankovic, it is surely going to emitted. Hope i Helped!

Yeah sure it's live ... @ 3:30 in the morning which puts you @ about 7:30 pm Melbourne time the next day. Just do what I do and suck it up! It's the first Grad Slam of the year!!!

Its comes one live at like 9:00 pm. Then it comes on again live at 3:30 am.

This timezone really sucks. I haven't gotten a good nights rest in days. But in the end, its worth it

I live in Australia so I probably don't know the channels in the US. www.eurosport.com, is alright except you don't see the match live, but you do get the scores on the spot and comments. I'm sorry that I didn't help much. But I hope you enjoy the tennis! =)

The best way is a live stream. Work through this list, some of these may work -
