I got some off the carpet by covering in paper and ironing it. I don't know if you can do the same thing for your wall. Depends on whether it is painted or papered I suppose. HTH

Get a towel and a clothes iron. Put the towel up against the wall and take the iron on a warm setting over the towel where the film is. All of the wax residue should soak right up into the towel. You may want to use an old towel though, as the wax probably won't come out. I've only done this for painted wall surfaces. I'm not sure how it would work with wallpaper.

Put a towel on the wall & hold an iron to it for about 20 minutes. Hold it there for another 10 minutes to cool & it will be on the towel. If you want to know how to get it off the towel check last weeks answers
